After his counterpart was able to inspire him to get the life he wanted to have, Claw Noir gave up on his evil purpose, revoked his Cataclysm, and, in this way, got a new costume.

Due to removed restrictions on her Miraculous however, Shadybug could summon as many as she liked, and unlike her counterpart, was able to use them to summon the exact items that she liked, generally being used to summon weapons or objects with the goal to cause harm. Shadybug could only summon one Lucky Charm at a time, but was able to disperse the object in order to create a new one, which she used to great effect.

One of the invisible Monarchs attempt to use Venom on Ladyfly only for his attempt to be unsuccessful due to Guardian Angel's protection and is instead paralyzed and covered with feathers. Meanwhile, the other invisible Monarch clone tries to use Venom on Cat Noir but his attempt fails as well as he too is covered in feathers. Unable to trace any sign of kamikotization, he realizes it was a trap and uses Voyage to teleport himself away. Just then, Monarch who steps out of a Voyage portal behind them and tells them Ladybug's and Cat Noir's Miraculouses will definitely get them their wish. Summoning up a sword for her Lucky Charm and calling upon his Cataclysm, Shadybug and Claw Noir attempt to use their powers on Monarch, only for both of their attempts to fail. He tells the duo that he is unaffected to their powers due to using the Ox Miraculous as well as he is the best chance for both of them to have their wishes granted, unaware that they are secretly being filmed by Alya.

(Reference to Cat Blanc) Shocked and scared, Betterfly tells Marinette to be safe as he comes out of his hiding spot, running towards the two supervillains as he yells out at them to stop, telling them that the people from this universe have done them no harm. Claw Noir withdraws his Cataclysm as Shadybug summons up a sword as her Lucky Charm.
When he fought with him one last time, Cat Noir finds out that Claw Noir wishes to be reunited with his beloved mother. Claw Noir then gains the upper hand and takes off his counterpart’s ring, turning him to Adrien. Showing sympathy towards his evil counterpart, Adrien reveals to Claw Noir that he knew about the Ultimate Power to make a wish. He also wanted to use it, but decided to forfeit his chances, knowing that if he’ll use the wish to bring his mother back, someone will have to her place in return.
